You are not allowed to use the WinReducer Software, and all available WinReducer Plugins, based on hacking, spamming, attacks against networks and/or servers, phishing, malware, intrusion, sexual, obscene, pornographic nature, violent, defamatory, discriminatory content, incitement to racial hatred, crimes against humanity, the sharing or distribution of piracy, content protected by copyright and intellectual property, or any infringing practice, the sale, exchange or donation of products subject to special legislation, medicinal products subject to medical prescription or not, narcotic drugs and other illicit substances, credit card fraud, or deceptive practices, violations of the rights and interests of minors, any behavior contrary to the laws in force, affecting the rights of third parties, or prejudicial to them.

 

SOFTWARE

You can use the WinReducer Software exclusively based on the strict respect of these entire Terms of Use.

The WinReducer Software, and all accompanying files, data and materials, is given "AS IS" and with no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. In particular, there is no warranty for user-defined data integrity : the user must assume the entire risk of using the program.

This disclaimer of warranty constitutes the essential part of the agreement.

The sale of this software or trying to modify it are strictly forbidden.

The WinReducer Software uses third-party software, so you accept all individual license agreements of these third-party software created by their respective developers.

The WinReducer Software can be used for free, with limitations.

PLUGINS

* You can connect your WinReducer Plugins exclusively based on the strict respect of these entire Terms of Use.

 

To connect your WinReducer Plugins :

- an easy to use plugins loading system is available in the WinReducer Software interface

- you have access to 5 categories

- each category include 5 slots to assign your plugins

- with the FREE license you are allowed to open an unlimited number of plugins

- with the FREE license you are allowed to open plugins with a maximum size of 64Kb

- with the FREE license you are not allowed to use the plugins automatic startup

==> if you want to unlock more functionalities, you need to purchase a STARTER, PREMIUM, PREMIUM+, VIP+ or PLATINUM+ license from the WinReducer STORE.

* You can create your WinReducer Plugins exclusively based on the strict respect of these entire Terms of Use.

To create your WinReducer Plugins :

- you must use the "WinReducer Dev-Core" I.D.E.

- Dev-Core is an easy to use Integrated Development Environment (I.D.E.)

- Dev-Core is based on a "What You Is What You Get" (W.Y.S.I.W.Y.G.) approach

- Dev-Core is available in the WinReducer Software interface using the "Create" option

- Dev-Core is available with various skill levels : "Easy", "Normal" and "Expert"

- Dev-Core is available with various design elements : "Action", "Button", "Container", "Image" and "Text"
- Dev-Core is available with various design quality : "Default" and "High Quality"

- Dev-Core is available with various options such as "Elevated Rights", "Plugin Protection, "Windows Custom Lists, ...

- with the FREE license you are allowed to access all Dev-Core development APIs

- with the FREE license you are allowed to open plugins with a maximum size of 64Kb

- with the FREE license you are allowed to save/export plugins with a maximum size of 64Kb

- with the FREE license you are allowed to access to the "Easy"level

- with the FREE license you are allowed to access to all design elements

- with the FREE license you are allowed to access to the "Default" design quality

- with the FREE license you are not allowed to access to all options

==> if you want to unlock more Dev-Core I.D.E. functionalities, you need to purchase a STARTER, PREMIUM, PREMIUM+, VIP+ or PLATINUM+ license from the WinReducer STORE.

* You can share your WinReducer Plugins exclusively based on the strict respect of these entire Terms of Use.

To share your WinReducer Plugins with the WinReducer Community :

- you must use the WinReducer Forum :

- a Forum account is required for free

- each forum member have a maximum storage space of 1.00 Mb

- you can request to delete your "WinReducer Forum" account at any time

 

==> the forum is available to all FREE, STARTER, PREMIUM, PREMIUM+, VIP+ or PLATINUM+ licenses.

* You can archive your WinReducer Plugins exclusively based on the strict respect of these entire Terms of Use.

To archive your WinReducer Plugins :

- your Storage+ website folder is public, so all website visitors have access to the entire content

- a License+ Area account is required (see below in the "License+ Area" section)

- you can archive an unlimited number of plugins

- the uploaded plugins are limited to a maximum size of 10.00 Mb

- from the License+ Area, you have an exclusive access to an exclusive page with all instructions for this option

- you can request to delete your LICENSE+ account at any time

==> if you want to get your personal Storage+ website folder to archive all your plugins, you need to purchase a VIP+ or PLATINUM+ license from the WinReducer Store.

* You can enhance your WinReducer Plugins exclusively based on the strict respect of these entire Terms of Use.

To enhance your visibility for your WinReducer Plugins :

- your Creator+ website pages is public, so all website visitors have access to the entire content

- a License+ Area account is required (see below in the "License+ Area" section)​

- you are able to design your personal website public page (background picture or color, add information, add buttons, connect your Storage+ folder, ...)

- from the License+ Area, you have access to an exclusive page with all instructions

- you can request to delete your LICENSE+ account at any time

 

==> if you want to get your personal Creator+ website page to enhance your plugins visibility, you need to purchase a PLATINUM+ license from the WinReducer Store.

LICENSE+ AREA

The access to the LICENSE+ Area requires a LICENSE+ account :

- the creation of a LICENSE+ account is opened to all users and for free

- by default a LICENSE+ account does not provides access to exclusive LICENSE+ pages

- the access, to exclusive pages from the LICENSE+ area, depends on the WinReducer software License you purchase

- the LICENSE+ account does not embed your personal information

- you can request to delete your LICENSE+ account at any time.

 

==> to unlock exclusive LICENSE+ pages access, you need to purchase a PREMIUM+, VIP+ or PLATINUM+ license from the WinReducer STORE.

LICENSES RENEW

​​

The FREE license does not require to be renewed, it is considered as a perpetual license with limited functionalities. These limitations may be submitted to changes.

​

Upgrade the FREE license to unlock functionalities using one of these licenses :

​

- The STARTER license is valid for 6 months and needs to be renewed after the license expiration delay. Check in the Store No Limits, if a reduction coupon code is available for this license.

​

- The PREMIUM license is valid for 12 months and needs to be renewed after the license expiration delay. Check in the Store No Limits, if a reduction coupon code is available for this license.

​

- The PREMIUM+ license is valid for 12 months and needs to be renewed after the license expiration delay. To renew this license, you must use the Renew+ page to get the best offer. Check also in the Store No Limits, if an additional reduction coupon code is available for this license.

​

- The VIP+ license is valid for 24 months and needs to be renewed after the license expiration delay. To renew this license, you must use the Renew+ page to get the best offer. Check also in the Store No Limits, if an additional reduction coupon code is available for this license.

​

- The PLATINUM+ license is valid for 36 months and needs to be renewed after the license expiration delay. To renew this license, you must use the Renew+ page to get the best offer. Check also in the Store No Limits, if an additional reduction coupon code is available for this license.

Note : all owners of the formerly known PRO+ license must read the PRO+ page information in the LICENSES - EXPIRATION​. 
 

 

​ABUSE

* CAUTION : in case of abuse of these Terms of Use : your license, your option(s), your FORUM access, your LICENSE+ access, your CREATOR+ access will be suspended without warning ... and your accounts, including your files, may be deleted !

==> if you do not agree to any of the terms of this agreement, then do not use a WinReducer License, including their respective functionalities, and/or the WinReducer Software.
