You are not allowed to use the WinReducer Software, and all available WinReducer Plugins, based on hacking, spamming, attacks against networks and/or servers, phishing, malware, intrusion, sexual, obscene, pornographic nature, violent, defamatory, discriminatory content, incitement to racial hatred, crimes against humanity, the sharing or distribution of piracy, content protected by copyright and intellectual property, or any infringing practice, the sale, exchange or donation of products subject to special legislation, medicinal products subject to medical prescription or not, narcotic drugs and other illicit substances, credit card fraud, or deceptive practices, violations of the rights and interests of minors, any behavior contrary to the laws in force, affecting the rights of third parties, or prejudicial to them.


SOFTWARE

You can use the WinReducer Software exclusively based on the strict respect of these entire Terms of Use.

The WinReducer Software, and all accompanying files, data and materials, is given "AS IS" and with no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. In particular, there is no warranty for user-defined data integrity : the user must assume the entire risk of using the program.

This disclaimer of warranty constitutes the essential part of the agreement.

The sale of this software or trying to modify it are strictly forbidden.

The WinReducer Software uses third-party software, so you accept all individual license agreements of these third-party software created by their respective developers.

The WinReducer Software can be used for free with limitations. 

 

If you want to unlock more functionalities, you need to purchase a License or an Option from the WinReducer Store.

PLUGINS

You can use, create, share, archive and/or enhance your WinReducer Plugins exclusively based on the strict respect of these entire Terms of Use.

To create your WinReducer Plugins, you must use the "WinReducer Dev-Core" plugin :

- all development APIs are available for free

- if you want to unlock more functionalities, you need to purchase the Core+ option from the WinReducer Store

 

To share your WinReducer Plugins, you must use the WinReducer Forum :

- a Forum account is required for free

- each forum member have a maximum storage space of 1.00 Mb

- you can request to delete your "WinReducer Forum" account at any time

 

To archive your WinReducer Plugins, you need to purchase the Storage+ option from the WinReducer Store :

- a License+ Area account is required (see below in the "License+ Area" section)

- you can archive an unlimited number of plugins

- the uploaded plugins are limited to a maximum size of 10.00 Mb

- from the License+ Area, you have an exclusive access to an exclusive page with all instructions for this option

- the access to the Storage+ website page is public, so all website visitors have access to the entire content

- you can request to delete your LICENSE+ account at any time

 

To enhance your visibility for your WinReducer Plugins, you need to purchase the Creator+ option from the WinReducer Store :​

- a License+ Area account is required (see below in the "License+ Area" section)​

- you are able to design your personal website public page (background picture or color, add information, add buttons, connect your Storage+ folder, ...)

- from the License+ Area, you have an exclusive access to an exclusive page with all instructions for this option

- the access to all Creator+ website pages is public, so all website visitors have access to the entire content

- you can request to delete your LICENSE+ account at any time

LICENSE+ AREA

The access to the LICENSE+ Area requires a LICENSE+ account.

 

The creation of a LICENSE+ account is opened to all users without restrictions and for free, by default this account does not provides access to exclusive LICENSE+ pages.

 

To unlock exclusive LICENSE+ pages access, you need to purchase from the WinReducer Store :

- a License : PREMIUM+, VIP+, PLATINUM+ or PRO+

- an Option(s) : CREATOR+, CORE+ or STORAGE+

The access, to exclusive pages from the LICENSE+ area, depends on the WinReducer software License and/or the Options you own.

​

If you want to renew your PREMIUM+, VIP+, PLATINUM+ or PRO+, license as well as your CORE+, CREATOR+ or STORAGE+ option(s), you must use the Renew+ page to get the best offer.

The LICENSE+ account does not embed your personal information.

You can request to delete your LICENSE+ account at any time.


​ABUSE

CAUTION : in case of abuse of these Terms of Use : your license, your option(s), your FORUM access, your LICENSE+ access, your CREATOR+ access will be suspended without warning ... and your accounts, including your files, may be deleted !

==> if you do not agree to any of the terms of this agreement, then do not use a WinReducer License/Option, including their respective functionalities, and/or the WinReducer Software.
