• to use the PREMIUM License, you must agree to these terms of use :
• the WinReducer Software, and all accompanying files, data and materials, is given "AS IS" and with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
• in particular, there is no warranty for user-defined data integrity : the user must assume the entire risk of using the program
• this disclaimer of warranty constitutes the essential part of the agreement
• the sale of this software or trying to modify it are strictly forbidden
• the WinReducer Software uses third-party software, so you accept all individual license agreements of these third-party software created by their respective developers
• you are not allowed to create or use WinReducer PLUGINS based on hacking, spamming, attacks against networks and/or servers, phishing, malware, intrusion, sexual, obscene, pornographic nature, violent, defamatory, discriminatory content, incitement to racial hatred, crimes against humanity, the sharing or distribution of piracy, content protected by copyright and intellectual property, or any infringing practice, the sale, exchange or donation of products subject to special legislation, medicinal products subject to medical prescription or not, narcotic drugs and other illicit substances, credit card fraud, or deceptive practices, violations of the rights and interests of minors, any behavior contrary to the laws in force, affecting the rights of third parties, or prejudicial to them
• CAUTION : in case of abuse of these Terms of Use : your license, your option(s), your FORUM access, your LICENSE+ access, your CLOUD+ access or CREATOR+ access will be suspended without warning ... and your accounts, including your files, may be deleted !
